Gaia Tech is an ETH Zurich spin-off that turns agrifood residues, primarily olive sidestreams, into high-value ingredients for cosmetics, food, and feed manufacturers using a proprietary, modular extraction technology. It has won the De Vigier Award and is backed by the Migros Pioneer Fund.
